I am delighted that in this vibrant and energetic season, we are gathered here to mark the important prelude to BICES 2025, driven by innovation as our engine.

With the rapid advancement of technology, the construction machinery industry is undergoing profound transformations characterized by digitalization, intelligentization, and diversified energy solutions. The pace of technological innovation is accelerating, product upgrade cycles are shortening, and the application of new technologies is not only enhancing product performance and efficiency, but also reshaping the competitive landscape of the industry.

As a globally influential exhibition in the construction machinery sector, BICES—rooted in China and oriented toward the world—has consistently supported exhibitors in their pursuit of technological progress, brand enhancement, and market expansion. It serves as a high-end platform for value creation across the entire industrial and supply chains of construction machinery, building materials machinery, mining machinery, and specialized vehicles worldwide.

According to current information, BICES 2025 will showcase thousands of new products, new technologies, and new achievements—on an unprecedented scale compared to previous editions. In light of this, we have decided to identify and promote these latest developments from participating enterprises. Our goal is to ensure that every innovation receives the attention it deserves, and that every exhibitor achieves their expected value.

The specific plan is as follows:

1. Provide BICES users and visitors with a Progress Report on New Products, New Technologies, and New Achievements (“Three New”) to help all sectors of society fully understand the latest exhibition highlights at BICES.

To fully showcase the cutting-edge achievements in the construction machinery industry, BICES 2025 will release a special “Three New” Progress Report highlighting the latest core developments in areas such as frontier technologies, new product applications, and breakthrough innovations featured among the exhibits.

Focusing on high-end (advanced equipment), green (new energy products), intelligent, and foundation-strengthening directions, the report will spotlight key advancements in product, technology, and result innovation. It will be officially released during the exhibition period to provide users and visitors with a comprehensive understanding of the participating enterprises and their latest innovations.

2. Innovate the promotion methods for BICES “Three New” developments and ensure concrete implementation of progress.

We have developed a full-cycle promotion plan covering the pre-show, during-show, and post-show phases.

· In the pre-show phase,under the theme of “High-end, Green, Smart Future”, we will widely collect the latest developments related to new products, new technologies, and new achievements from participating industry enterprises, research institutes, and universities.

· In the during-show phase,we will create a high-profile display platform, inviting key users and industry experts to visit and engage in on-site exchanges, with professional evaluations of innovative achievements as needed.

· In the post-show phase,we will compile the BICES 2025 “Three New” Developments Collection, produce feature articles and videos, and collaborate with media outlets to conduct comprehensive online and offline coverage—ensuring broad promotion and continued visibility of these innovations across multiple channels.

3. Seizing the opportunity of BICES 2025 “Three New” promotion to drive the industry’s high-quality development to new heights

A series of high-quality, high-level concurrent activities will be organized, including the release of the Guidelines for the Construction of Carbon Footprint Management Systems for Construction Machinery and the Implementation Rules for the Construction of Carbon Footprint Management Systems for Construction Machinery.

These activities will cover key aspects of fostering new quality productive forces in the industry, with a special focus on intelligent and green transformation, technological innovation, supply-demand synergy, and cultural experience. Efforts will be made to accelerate the application and promotion of products, technologies, and achievements listed in the “Three New” catalog, while driving the rapid growth of emerging industries, new business formats, and innovative business models. This will not only highlight the unique features of the BICES exhibition, but also enrich its content and significantly enhance the value of participation for all stakeholders.
